Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Following the recent assessment of academic board efficacy exercise, a number of changes to the reporting mechanisms and membership of decision making bodies within the College to include and represent Academic Governance structures.

Specifically the Registrar is now a member of EMT.

The Academic Dean is accountable to the Board of Directors and is also now a non-voting member of the Board of Directors.
