Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This document was originally approved prior to implementation of the (TWEEK!DM) as Hibernia College's Quality Framework in 2020. The document underwent some administrative amendments during the migration process (e.g. to eliminate duplication of content). The changes have not altered the meaning of the document as originally approved. The document has also been subjected to a number of formatting modifications (e.g. numbering of headings, clauses) to conform to the new publication standards.
